Danial Haghighi
Danial Haghighi (born in 1988) is a Tehran-based author of 7 books and numerous essays in Farsi. His works have also appeared in American journals, N+1 for one, as well as a short story published in Newyork collection Tehran Noir in 2014. His research interests lie primarily in urban studies, political economics, literary criticism and creative writing. His controversial stories and his honest style has caused him trouble in Iran, where censorship is highly practiced.
